Light, heat, electricity, rates & service charge included in license fee or booking charge. One business name only per Virtual Office and this must be clearly stated. Proof of Address (Bank Statement or Utility Bill) within the last three months required. Proof of Identification (Passport or Driving License) and CRO Registration required. Letters to be collected by members within 4 weeks of notification and limited to normal quantitites. Forwarding of post not available. Scanning of post not available. Parcels & registered post not accepted. When booking offices - Details of what is included in each office space is shown on our booking platform - Skedda. Rooms/Offices are subject to change. See our gallery prior to booking for confirmation that the room suits your requirements. Occupation / use of rooms outside of booking period will incur charges. Rooms must be left clean/tidy.
