My First Booking - Can Someone Show me Around?

Having registered and booked a space - reach out to us by phone or email and we will arrange for someone to meet you on your first visit to Ross House.

Once I book a room, how do I get access?

Enter the ground floor lobby of Ross House Office Centre through the main front door. Sanitise your hands and take the stairs, or lift, to the floor where your booked room is located. Locate your booked room number / or meeting room and let yourself in ( door will be unlocked). May we suggest that you use the Maps in our gallery to familiarise yourself of the buildings’ layout before arrival.

Outside office hours & weekends require an Electronic KeyFob for Access. If you book at these times, ensure to let us know and we will arrange for collection.

I want to go for a coffee during my booking- can I lock the door?

You will find a code for the KeySafe compartment on the desk. Input the code and retrieve the key. Lock the door. Replace the key & head up town for some tasty coffee! Remember this is a shared space so please take valuables with you.

How do I connect to the wifi/internet?

You will notice an internet router in your office/meeting room. There will be details of the Network Name & Password on it. Simply connect your device to the network using the password & network name.

I want to become a member to avail of cheaper rates & the business address ?

Fantastic news. Send us an email requesting to become a member and will set you up as a member of Ross House. The relevant amount will be deducted from your card each month and you will receive all the benefits of becoming a member.

Can I book more than 1 slot i.e. more than 4 hours - how do i book More?

Great to hear you are doing well! As you know RHOC bookings are reserved in slots - 9-1, 2-6 & 7-11. This is to give us time to sanitise the room between bookings. You can only book multiples of these. So, if you need more than 4 hours - book either 9-6 or 9-11, or 2-11. Select one slot & drag the bottom arrow until the slot covers two/three slots. Why do I need to give my credit card details to register?

Good question. All rooms are paid for in advance so payment is required to register with Ross House. Do not worry though, no monies will be charged unless you actually book a room. All details are kept securely with SKEDDA. We use STRIPE, for payments so you know your info is safe & sound!

I booked a room in error and need to cancel?

Don’t panic. Contact us immediately and we will cancel it for you. See our T&C’s for cancellation charges. If our admin staff get to it straight away we will do our best to waive the charge.

I was expecting some post but it hasn’t arrived ?

If you are a member, you are aware that we collect your post for you and keep it on site for pick up when suits. Parcels are not permitted for delivery or storage. Post can be collected from Unit 5, Ground Floor during regular office hours. If you feel that an item has been misplaced, please contact An Post or the courier company.

Where do I put my waste?

You can purchase bags from City Bin Co. or Barna Waste. Bags to be left at corner of Ross House Office Centre / Forthill Street before 9am each day for collection. There is a parking meter dispenser right beside the collection point.
